Molli A. Sarpong, MSN, FNP*

During my Master's education in preparation of becoming an FNP, I have practiced primarily in the family practice setting. For one year I specialized mostly in pediatrics, with the last year or clinical rotations focusing on adult and geriatric primary care. During six years as a nurse I worked throughout different hospital settings, focusing on Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, Ortopedics, and some Critical Care. I have gained experience in caring for many different chronic diseae states such as diabetes, congestive heart failure, and hypertension to name a few. During my clinical experience I have focused my education on knowing the differences in care needed for different populations. I have worked hard to address biases that exist within the healthcare system. Have attempted to grow as a medical professioal that can address these concerns and provide appropriate care to all those in need.
